EmoScan reads the emotional tone in written text and facial expressions in photos, then explains the signals behind its reading. Every result is an informed estimate — never a verdict, and never a fact about what a person truly feels or intends.
How Text Analysis Works
For text, EmoScan uses an AI language model trained on large datasets of written communication. It weighs wording, phrasing, punctuation and context to estimate tone — warm, cold, angry, anxious, passive-aggressive or sincere — and highlights the specific lines that shape the impression. How Face Analysis Works
For photos, EmoScan maps key facial landmarks and micro-expressions to estimate the visible emotions on each face — joy, anger, sadness, fear and surprise. Accuracy is highest on clear, well-lit, front-facing images. Explore it with the face emotion scanner.

No tool can read minds. Text lacks tone of voice and body language, and faces can be misread — a forced smile, a neutral face under stress, cultural differences in expression.
